From One Mother’s Journey to a Mission for Families.
Beyond the Diagnosis Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering families raising children with disabilities.
Inspired by lived experience, our work focuses on removing the barriers many caregivers face — including financial strain, lack of respite care, and limited access to supportive community programs.
Through inclusive events, caregiver support, and educational opportunities, we are building a community where families can pursue stability, opportunity, and hope for their future.
